Citrus United Basket (CUB) is a 501(c)3 non-profit
organization in partnership with the United Way™. We've been
assisting the community since 1978 with help in everything
from food to finances, and beyond.
CUB’s food pantry, thrift store, and offices are nestled in
the quiet comforts of downtown Inverness, Florida, near the
New Courthouse and situated right off of Little Lake
Inverness.
Eligible clients receive monthly food assistance, quarterly
clothing assistance and financial assistance once every 12
months as needed.
Applying for assistance? Please bring a Photo ID, Social
Security card for each family member. Utility assistance
requires turn off notice. Call us if you have additional
questions.
MISSION STATEMENT
Citrus United Basket (CUB) provides food, financial, and
material assistance in emergency cases to citizens of Citrus
County.
